Description:
Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for a Dutch/French speaking SAP CRM Consultant for a major on-going SAP implementation project in Brussels, Belgium. Please see below for more details:
Purpose of the role:
- Perform SAP support activities (incident resolution,CRMtraining, process changes, interface problems follow up, realization and testing of configuration changes, functional specifications, improvement projects with business, on-site user support).
Main responsibilities:
- Providing support to experienced sales staff in all aspects of B2B or B2C marketing, pre-sales, sales, after-sales, and the related control processes.
- The CRM consultant understands and challenges the business requirements and analyses and configures the CRM system to support those requirements.
- Monitoring of end-to-end controls on lead-to-cash and service processes, and definition of improvement actions.
- Configuration of the CRM solution and drawing up specifications for the development team.
- BDOC/IDOC interface monitoring and problem solving.
- Incident and change management, testing, training and coaching of key and end-users, as well as maintaining functional design documentation, process documentation, testing documentation and execution, training documentation, business process procedures and control matrices.
Skills & Experiences:
- At least 3 years experience in implementation or maintenance of SAP CRM systems.
- Experience or integration knowledge with SAP SD, authorizations, Workflow, SAP BW,SAPPortal are considered an advantage.
- SAPspecific knowledge: Customer Interaction Center, Order and Service management processes, Pricing, Quotations, Orders, Contract Management, Complaint handling, Credit/Debit Notes.
- Integration knowledge with SAP SD.
- Experience in Public Sector is a plus.
- Must be bilingual in Dutch & French.
