Duties involve among others:
Provide high-level technical support for different network services, creates and maintains network documentation, maintains hardware and software standards, and works projects as needed in order to upgrade to new and/or improved communication equipment and procedures.
- Provide IT network solutions that address business requirements.
- Manage Network security changes (ASA Firewall, ACL, VPN, )
- Put in place complex network changes.
- Provide Level 2 to 3 network troubleshooting support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented network services.
- Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations.
