Your tasks:
- Application engineering for roll out support of connected flow to SW teams in MUC/NRG, potentially also US
- Identify and work out together with team leads (technical and functional) the steps to perform the roll out for given target teams of an integrated test management solution
- Identify roadblocks and additional customization needed to help roll out
- Implement or contribute to implementation of customizations of given workflow solution or project/use model workarounds to adjust to it
- Provide first line support to target roll out team members in usage and migration of the workflow
- Train or organize training to the teams
- Feedback issues, requests, workarounds, customizations to central team
- Align with target team managers and central methodology team the roll out progress and support needed
Your qualifications
- Software verification or quality background
- Expierences with Roll out Plans, Training Plans and user support
- Very good knowledge of continuous integration and configuration management
- Very good knowledge with the following tools: Perl, Git, Jenkins and SQL database
- Very good communication skills
