IT Support Engineer - Fareham - SC Cleared
Square one are looking for an SC Cleared IT Support Engineer to come on board for an initial 6 month contract based in Fareham, Hampshire.
We are looking for candidates with current SC clearance to join the project due to the start date being within 3 weeks.

Working knowledge of SupportWorks or similar call logging, incident/change management support tool (Assyst/Remedy)
Previous Help/Service desk experience, able to understand questions, accurately record information and prioritize work
Experience of IS/IT first line support with good understanding of hardware and software related issues
Desirable Skills/Knowledge
Working knowledge of MOD Policies
ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate or Service Management Experience
This role is looking to start on 1st December 2014 with interviews to be scheduled next week.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend based in Fareham, Hampshire paying market rates.
Notwithstanding any guidelines given to years of experience sought, we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
