My client, a global IT outsoucing company requires an Organizational Change Manager for a 3 month contract role (initially) at their client site in Krakow, Poland.

They require someone to support the business through Organisational Change Management (OCM) processes. They ideally want someone who can provide expertise, tools, coaching and process to promote successful outcomes and engagement of the people impacted by their large scale IT migration project with the client. The ideal person would have worked on Large scale change management/migration projetcs.

Key highlights of the role -

- To gain an overview of change initiatives (programme, project and BAU) driven out of (department) to understand how it impacts the successful delivery of (*) outcomes to mitigate future issues.

- Influence and coach sponsors and Business Leaders in their role in leading and owning change through their prospective areas to enable change barriers to be removed.

-Use adopted CM process and practice including development of change plans, measure of effectiveness, report to Sponsor and Steering on progress, raise issues to Sponsor and identity and validate barriers to change.

Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following skills -

Technical Skills
- Demonstrated capability in the management of change at all project levels, as well as the application of change methodologies and tools
- Well-developed verbal and written business communication skills
- Facilitation and conflict management skills
- Coaching skills
- Relationship management skills
- Strong critical reasoning skills

Role Related Experience
- OCM (Organization Change management) processes experience
- Experience in delivering Change Management initiatives for large programmes of work
- Experience in the design and delivery of Change Plans, activities and presentations
- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification or HR related experience with at least one proper project experience
