Description
Supporting the Head of HR the candidate will take a strategic lead on reward. The candidate will also have experience in putting together an annual pay business case and experience of salary surveys.
Desirable qualifications
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
Essential experience
- Experience in reward management
- Experience in working with and developing HRISs
- Experience in running job evaluation panels
Essential technical knowledge and skills
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of a business
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus coupled with the ability to deliver results
- Good time management skills with the ability to manage a number of activities at one time and to see each one through to completion
- Strong Excel skills
- Hay job evaluation qualified

- Experience of managing trade union relationships
- Experience of policy review and development
- Experience of managing or administering flexible benefits systems
