Security & Distributed Technology Services is part of the Corporate Technology division; the department provides the company with IT infrastructure support, Office Infrastructure support & architecture, IT Security support & architecture and IT Security operation.
End User Services consists of:
Engineering Services: Be the technical authority for the Citrix & VDI platform and workstations
Application Integration (AI): Automate and Document the deployment of client applications for Desktops, Laptops and Citrix environments
Remote Support: Provide support for all applications delivered via Citrix or VDI
On-Site Support: Provide at desk user support for all IT related hardware
Messaging Services: Provide support for all Notes and BlackBerry applications
CT End User Services - On Site Support team is responsible for supporting the end user workplace at all of the Company group locations. Its responsibilities include the deployment, management, and maintenance of around 5500 desktops, laptops and thin clients and all the peripheral equipment (printers, monitors, etc). Besides the traditional workstations they set up and provision of iPads and iPhones. Additionally, the team delivers lending service for IT equipment, and assistance for Voice and audio visual meetings.
This position is to start URGENTLY/ASAP until at least the end of 2014.
