Description
Working as part of a Technical PMO team the role will provide support to a range of stakeholders within the Information and Technology Directorate.
- Organise meetings including recording miniutes and actions, organising room bookings, issuing invites, ensuring that actions are progressed.
- Drafting and/or updating documents such as system access forms, out of hours notes and service catalogues.
- Assisting with budget management tracking and associated process.
- Assisting with the de-comissioning process in terms of contacting business users and arranging necessary documentation.
- Distribution of Service Reports to the relevant stakeholders.
- Tracking utilisation of resources.
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks in relation to Technology Transition such as organising stakeholder updates.
Experience within a Project Management Office is preferred but not essential.
Must have a DBS or other Security Clearance
