My client is looking for an Office 365 Consultant to start ASAP working for a global company based in France, Lyon.
In this position, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Level 2 Support for Office 365
Administration of Office 365
Problem Management
- Provide Documentation and knowledge Articles
Essential skills are:
- Engineer (bac + 4 + 5) or equivalent, minimum of 3 years experience in Messaging platforms in an international context
- Office 365 skills is mandatory.
- ITIL
- English speaking
- French fluent
Ideally the candidate will be able to display:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly Autonomous
Customer Focus
- Experience in international project
