Ordering & Invoicing Coordinator

For one of our clients in Norway are we looking for an Ordering & Invoicing Coordinator.

Role responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Purchase Order procedure, placing orders using the Motorola Solutions internal Tigers (Ariba) system.
  • New supplier handling and processing for vendor creation.
  • Entering, scheduling and expediting Internal Customer orders.
  • Contacting suppliers via phone or email where required
  • Checking supplier invoices and performing desktop receive
  • Archiving confidential company files
  • Provide ad hoc reports to management
  • Scandinavian language skills are not mandatory, but would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience of the above responsibilities within a Telecommunications environment would be advantageous to have an understanding of the business.
  • Training will be given, but previous experience should enable the selected candidate to fit into the role quickly
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to learn and keen to undertake this position.
