ECS Recruitment Group are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with knowledge of banking applications (E2E) for a 12 month contract based in Dublin.
There is flexibility on this contract for a 6 month option or a permanent role, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of our financial institutions at a time of growth and expansion.
We are looking for candidates with IT Service Management background to manage business E2E banking applications.
We need strong individuals who can each own a portfolio of applications at the bank and Deliver Service under agreed SLAs.
We are looking for people with proven Application Service Management experience including;
* Service level management
* Major incident management
* Understanding business impact
* Senior stakeholder management (Retained IT leadership in the Bank and Business leaders)
* ITIL Knowledge (preferably certified)
* Experience working with offshore teams
