The role that i am placing is a for a Service Manager in Surgery covering Breast. The service manager will be required to meet cancer targets currently set by the Trust. Along with this, candidates will be required to work with workforce to deliver operational targets and improve clinical pathways. The service Manager with also be required to implement clinical effectiveness methodologies to meet targets and improve the Trust services.
