I am looking for a Sr. Salesforce.com Tech Lead for one of the manufacturing companies.
My client is looking to implement an exciting new project in South Carolina. You would be leading a team of developers to implement an exciting full-scale global project with 20,000 users. This opportunity is mostly remote however travel expenses to onsite are not covered.
The initial 18 Month project will be followed by a 2-3 year project if successful so you will have the security of a very long lasting contract. This is a growing company boasting a fun and open business culture.
The ideal Candidate will have the following skill set:
*Requires a bachelor's degree
*7+ year IT experience
*4+ experience with Salesforce.com Apex development & Visual Force
*Salesforce.com Accredited Developer - DEV401 a plus
*Experience managing teams (offshore experience preferred)
*Financial services industry experience a plus
*Strong communication skills
