Job description and key responsibilities

Your mission is to manage and help to design the global roll-out of SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
You work closely with business segments, the IT & office collaboration function, the SAP project manager template, the authorization expert, the service manager, the release manager, the team lead testing, the business integrator & master data analyst and vendors to understand their requirements and being able to proactively support their initiatives. In addition, you work with SAP delivery managers in Asia and Latam to implement the system in these regions conform their specific requirements. As project manager roll-out SAP your are the first escalation point for all SAP roll-out related issues, coordinate SAP roll-out activities, and identify risks, dependencies, gaps, resource requirements and areas of concern.
Purpose of the role:
Develop and validate the SAP roll-out strategy and plan, which includes the overall roll-out approach
Consult with all projects and business segments on roll-out approach, strategy and plans
Schedule regular Governance meetings with relevant stakeholders to facilitate decision making and issue resolution
Plan, coordinate, manage and monitor global roll-out activities
Develop risk mitigation strategies, and identify and resolve roll-out risks in support of quality and risk management processes
Develop and execute roll-out communication, training and adoption plans in coordination with the communication & change manager and training manager
Develop and deliver roll-out materials needed to all parties, which could include guidelines, interface and communication materials
Make decisions on issues raised by the SAP delivery managers in Asia and Latam
Minimum Job Qualifications :
Master's degree
Project management degree is a plus
Strong understanding of SAP FICO, MM and SD including understanding of inter-dependencies with Oracle modules and other systems (eg time keeping, T&E, workflow, AP, AR)
Knowledge of leading practices in Enterprise Information Management
10+ year's relevant SAP experience in an international IT environment
Minimum two full project life cycle SAP roll out experience as a project manager
Recognized relevant subject matter expertise
Recognized organizational and people management skills
Recognizes potential problem areas and provides advice and direction on the use of problem solving processes
Preferred Skills
Advanced understanding of SAP FICO, MM and SD
HFM (Hyperion), Cognos and Oracle Fusion knowledge is a plus
Effective communication and consensus building are key attributes to success in this position
Negotiation and influence management skills

A disciplined mind and an energetic attitude
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to acquire in a short period knowledge of the current SAP project and other projects being able to add immediate value
Proven ability to take on the roles of leader and change agent
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
Knowledge of different cultures around the globe
Willing and able to travel extensively (50% + of the time)
Understanding of eCommerce business systems and business processes is a plus
