Service Designer - telecoms, telecommunications - Dutch or French
Our client is a service provider in Belgium and farther afield. They are offering a long term contract with extensions for a Service Designer who can set up a managed service for telecoms projects. This means defining what the telecommunications services are from business, technical and operational perspectives.
In order to qualify, you'll need at least a cursory knowledge of telecoms and networks (WAN, MPLS, VPN...) and prior experience in Service Design.
Responsibilities:
- Create SLAs in line with business requirements and according to ITIL processes
- Collect business requirements for the new services
- Manage the new (or changed) services
Applicants must speak English and either French or Dutch.
N.B. This contract starts from the beginning of 2015 and is a long term engagement.
