Resourcing Advisor

My large corporate client is looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join their busy team based in Milton Keynes. The Resourcing Advisor will manage the end to end temporary & contractor process ensuring that hiring manager, candidate and client experience is paramount.

There is no active recruitment involved with this role, but good co-ordinating and facilitating skills are essential, as is being able to track and manage high volumes.

The Resourcing Advisor will have the following key skills and experience:

Essential

*Experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment to meet challenging deadlines in a volume orientated resourcing/recruiting environment
*Previous experience managing a Contractor/temporary staff desk
*Able to deal with high volume contractor recruitment
*Must be IT literate - portal systems, Excel and PowerPoint
*Able to build good working relationships with PSL suppliers
*Stakeholder management
*Relationship building skills

This role will suit someone from a HR Administration background or a HR advisor with good attention to detail in Recruitment. Any CIPD or similar qualifications will be highly desirable, but not essential.

Desirable

*Knowledge of contractor market rates and industry
*Understanding of Agency Worker Regulations
*Basic knowledge of relevant employment law and the employment market place
*In house recruiter or agency based recruitment would be an advantage
