My large global Media client is looking for a fantastic Office Administrator to join their team on a 11 month contract based in the city.

Job requirements:

Provide liaison, to Project Management, during the Build Out of the Bridgewater Facility

Carry out local security operations (badge guests);

Maintain and replenish micro Kitchens at both facilities;

Assist with local procurement;

Complete Asset Tagging for all new Capital Items (training will be given);

Coordinate internal and external meetings for members of the team;

Assist with managing Calendars;

Prepare expense reports;

Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements;

General admin and office duties as needed;

Skills:

At least 5-7 years of Full time administrative experience with Executive members;

Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook;

Incredibly organized and detail-oriented;

Ability to prioritize multiple assignments;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Strong scheduling and travel coordination skills;

Experience working with engineering teams a plus;

Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere;

Ability to hit the ground running and take charge of the position;

Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes;

Be self-directed and take initiative;

Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organisation
