Service Designer - IP/MPLS, WAN, VPN
Our client a leading Telecoms Company currently have an urgent need for a Service Designer.
We are searching for a Service Designer with the following experience:
- 3 to 5 years of previous Service Design experience.
- Proven experience setting up managed service for a Telecom project.
- Creation of SLA's in line with business requirements.
- Able to follow ITIL processes.
- Basic Telecom knowledge (WAN, IP/MPLS, VPN).
- Responsible for managing the new/changed services in the projects in terms of collecting the Business Requirements.
- Experience in an European institution is a plus.
Languages: English (Dutch & French are a nice to have but not essential)
