Our client is a small training company based in Milton Keynes who provide technical, risk management and regulatory training services for financial service organisations. They are looking for a bright, organised and self-sufficient Office Manager/Administrator to come in and manage the smooth running of the office. The ideal person would be happy to work in an office on their own and have a strong sense of self-motivation.

As Office Manager/Administrator you will manage the administration of the company, organise the open and in-house training for financial services companies including taking bookings over the phone and online, processing booking on CRM system and liaising with clients, venues/trainers and delegates.

There will be general office management and you will also assist the Directors who will be out of the office most of the time, so you must be happy working alone and be self-sufficient and able to use your own initiative.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and excellent communication skills.
