Edinburgh, Project Change Manager - £240 - £290 per day.
Urgent requirement for an experienced Business Change Project Manager to join a leading financial service organisation within a large Insurance transformation programme.
Experience required:
- Perform management of full project life cycle:
- Optimise the user learning experience through the management, design, planning and delivery of effective learning solutions
- Design learning solutions incorporating a multitude of learning theories and a strong blend of delivery mechanisms
- Manage and monitor the end to end training life cycle in conjunction with stakeholders, subject matter experts and other learning/project management professionals
- Manage multiple stakeholders, within a large, corporate environment on projects that span different work streams and multiple business areas
- Manage stakeholders to understand all technical and operational consideration and challenges, ensuring adherence to policies and mitigation of risk
- Liaise with programme management for direction and upward reporting
- Be responsible for project governance and administration
The successful candidate will be able to display a good understanding of change management and well versed in training project methodology, and all training disciplines - TNA, Design, Delivery, Scheduling/Planning, Evaluation.
