Project Manager - Insurance Transformation - Banking
My client is one of the biggest providers to the financial services market in the UK and they have an exciting opening for a Project Manager to join a large transformation programme within the Insurance division.
In order to be considered for this opportunity candidates must have the following skills/experience:
- Proven Training Project Management track record and Planning skills are essential for this role.
- Strong understanding of change management and well versed in training project methodology, and all training disciplines - TNA, Design, Delivery, Scheduling/Planning, Evaluation.
- All project deliverables for workstream including Plans, RAID logs, status reporting, budgets etc to be completed on time and to quality.
- Good understanding of designing learning solutions, incorporating a large number of learning theories and strong blend of delivery mechanisims.
Applicants must have previous banking experience, ideally from Insurance related projects recently.
