My client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for a CRM Support / Training Analyst to join their team in London. They are offering up to £400/day and have stressed the longevity of this position; it is initially 6 month but is expected to last for several years.

Role: CRM Support/Training Analyst
Rate: Up to £400/day
Location: London
Duration: 6 month rolling - long term view

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
* First line support of the Sales CRM applications, including Smart, SmartMail and Planit.
* Direct end-user training for the Sales CRM applications.
* Regression and feature testing of Sales CRM applications when new versions are released.
* Liaison with the development team and BAs to feed-back bug and new feature requests.

Basic Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience delivering front-line functional end user support, preferably within a financial services environment.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Training experience

This role is split into 3 key areas;
40% Support
40% Training
20% UAT / Regression Testing
