Compliance Control Room is the central hub through which the flow of information across the business units of this Tier 1 Bank can be recorded, processed and managed.Activities of the Control Room cover areas such as Insider Dealing, Conflicts of Interest, Watch/Restricted lists, Chinese Walls and any other relevant requirements.
Role: Control Room - Compliance (Associate/Entry Level)

Salary: £30,000 p/a to £35,000 p/a + bonus + medical + pension + life cover

You will be need to:
- Provide appropriate advice and guidance to the business to ensure that processes and controls are in place in relation to confidential information flows.
- Assist in ensuring that effective monitoring and control systems are in place in order that all compliance related issues are readily identified and any risk to the bank is mitigated.
- Provide appropriate advice & guidance and interpretation to the several different areas of the bank with regards to Control Room queries.
- Have excellent relationship and communication skills.
- Provide training using existing frameworks to ensure that employees of the business are aware of their responsibilities in regards to control room requirements
- Help with interpretation and implementation of regulatory changes in Control Room processes, procedures, controls
