Senior Compliance Manager - Investment Bank - LondonMy client, a top tier Investment Bank, are recruiting for a Senior Compliance manager to join their company and be the forefront of Fixed Income Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Review of electronic trading activities across FICC and application of internal Compliance guidelines and procedures
- Provision of day to day Compliance advice to the Fixed Income trading, sales and structuring desks
- Responding to Exchange and Regulatory queries
- Working collaboratively with Compliance colleagues in other jurisdictions
- Provision and coordination of regular Compliance training to the various desks
- Assisting in ongoing Compliance monitoring and testing
- Preparation of MI for senior Compliance management
Essential Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Educated to degree level;
- Ability to take decisions when required and to escalate when necessary;
- Strong markets product knowledge, Fixed Income knowledge an advantage;
- Understanding of the markets and electronic trading, including algorithmic trading; and
- Relevant experience of working on a markets trading floor (not necessarily from only a Compliance standpoint).
