We are looking for talented, highly-experienced learning technology designers who are passionate about the field of learning technology to support the design of online learning materials and our growing team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
. Use instructional design principles to prepare a variety of learning materials for clients, including, but not limited to, design documents, storyboards, job aids, and learning objects.
. Communicate with subject matter experts.
. Write and edit content in storyboard templates.
. Communicate with web designers, graphic artists and others involved in the development of E-learning modules.
. Develop learning materials in approved learning tools, including Camtasia, Captivate and similar.
. Learn new software skills as required for design.
. Assist in testing and implementation of online courses and tools.
. Lead and manage the development of online, virtual instructor-led and in-person classroom learning products and related projects.
. Consult with clients regarding their learning needs and recommended solutions.
. Create and manage project proposals and design documents over the life of a project.
. Communicate with Center staff, management to ensure that development is consistent with project objectives and within the design framework.
. Appropriately adjust the scope of projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills:
. Master's degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in instructional design, instructional technology, organizational development, educational psychology or equivalent discipline.
. Minimum of five years' experience designing online learning programs.
. Candidates lacking a masters degree and five years experience will be considered at a lower pay schedule.
. Experience designing learning materials in a variety of formats.
. Use computers and software at a proficient level.
. Travel up to 15 percent per year.
. Communicate effectively in both an oral and written format.
. Work successfully with minimal supervision and provide direction to others.
