Description
I am looking for an interim Head of HR with particular expertise in employment law, change management & TUPE.
You will provide senior management level maternity cover in the role of Head of HR with the primary purpose of leading and directing the specialist HR management team on high level employment law matters whilst providing a consistent and value-added HR service to the business.
Your role will be varied and includes leading a team of specialist HR Managers, driving key projects and initiatives for specialist areas such as reward, systems, ER, providing complex ER support to various stakeholders within the business and taking a lead role in the employment engagement programme through the wider HR team
You will have a strong HR generalist background, be CIPD qualified and have successfully managed an HR team in the past as well as being proactive and professional.
