CRM Business Analyst - Dutch Speaking
As an experienced business analyst you understand the customer in the CRM domain well and you know the possible solutions and directions in this domain. You have extensive experience in describing solutions and Switches on different levels with business and IT. To understand the customer's good broad knowledge in the financial sector and CRM a MUST. You know both the language of the architects and the business, then you have experience in the implementation of infrastructure BI solutions.
Core
o Direct contact with COO and Marketing with the aim of clarifying the customer's requirements and translating these into functional and non functional requirements
o Requirements analysis (Babok)
o Coordination with architects for solution direction
o Sparring partner at management level on tactical and strategic choices in the field of BI & CRM
o Support for client teams and business issues
o Review of PIDs
o Select and sort out chain-wide solutions for business needs and scenarios
