For our Client's Commercial IT department, we are looking for SAP CRM Developers to support our SAP Business ByDesign implementation and roll out to all the subsidiaries. This is part of a key project focusing on the development of the infrastructure and the review of our internal systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective deployment of Company's requirement of OTC, pricing processes and procedures on R/3.
- Be involved in new OTC or sales pricing related assignments/projects from starting point with the requirements analyses phase until going live including after live care.
- Be responsible for optimizing, extending and maintaining of existing OTC and sales pricing processes.
- Train and advise key-users with regard to optimal usage of OTC and sales pricing related processes in R/3.
Profile:
- At least 3-5 years experience with OTC processes in a SAP ECC 6.0 environment in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of and experience with configuration/customizing of Sales & Distribution functionality regarding:
- Order fulfillment management
- SAP Availability check
- Pricing in Sales & Distribution
- Billing
- Output management
- Customer Master data
- Material Master data - Capability of translating user requirements to system related solutions
- Ability to embrace in and have an overall view on business processes.
- Acquainted with ITIL processes
- Result oriented way of working and ability to operate in a team
- Shows own initiative
- See problems as a challenge
- Capable of setting priorities
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) in English
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP (capable to read ABAP code and debugging)
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- Knowledge of CRM 7.0 en Web UI are pre.
- Knowledge of forecasting and other SAP modules (eg WM, MM) in SAP R/3 and SAP Solution Manager are pre.
