My client is looking for a Compensation and Benefits specialist to provide expert advice and recommendations to regional HR management and senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will act as a benefits partner, optimising processes and mechanisms to administer statutory and voluntary benefit programs in conjunction with external vendors and payroll. The Benefits Partner will also ensure statutory and regulatory compliance of benefits programs.
Key Requirements
-Excellent Benefit and Compensation experience
-Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance
-Previous experience working with HR and Senior Stakeholders
-Experience working with benefits contacts and vendors
-Strong Excel Skills
