Senior Business Systems Analyst-3 Month Contract
Nottinghamshire
My client are a leading financial organisation who are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to build relationships across the business and within IT to succeed. You will be responsible for the analysis across one or more value streams as well as applying a broad perspective across all our investment portfolios.
Within the Business Change team you will provide inspiring leadership to your reports as well as the wider team. You will deliver elements of functional management and show a passion for developing the talent within the team.
The successful candidate will come to the role with-
* Exceptional written and verbal communications when interacting with all levels, from project team members to senior stakeholders.
* Proven analytical leadership within IT and across project delivery teams; collaborating to create successful outcomes with stakeholders.
* Applied knowledge of what makes IT delivery successful across both agile and waterfall methodologies and an ability to contextualise risk across projects.
* An ability to solve complex business problems, recognising patterns and conceptualising processes.
