GCS Construction/Quantity Surveyor/Construction/Contract/Middlesex/London
GCS is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with 5 years' experience to join a well-established Building and Civil Engineering company. My client has recently construction projects across London and the South East. The successful candidate will have experience in residential housing developments, Civils and drainage works.
You will be involved in the day to day running of the Design and Build stages of the project's and will report directly to the Commercial Manager.
Key Duties;
- Cost planning
- Cost Management and reporting
- Tender documentation
- Bills of Quantities
- Contract admin
- Liaising with sub-contractors
You must be qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying and have previous experience working with a contractor.
