We are currently looking for experienced and talented Creative artworkers to work in house for freelance bookings across the Northwest.Successful candidates will have at least 4 years industry experience, exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign and strong attention to detail. Along with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of your best commercial work.
Rate banding -
If you are set up as a limited company or if you are a sole trader who would be paid through our PAYE payment structure.
Freelancers set up as a limited company would be looking at between 16-20 per hour.
Freelancers being paid through our PAYE payment structure would be looking at 13-15 per hour plus statutory holiday pay.
For those of you thinking of applying who don't really know the advantages of working as a freelancer through an agency like Orchard I would like to mention a couple of key points.
For every booking you do through Orchard, you will be paid the week following the assignment. Another great advantage is that we carry the burden when it comes to collecting payment from the client and you get paid even if we don't.
