We are on the lookout for conceptual designers with at least 4 years industry experience for various freelance bookings in and around Macclesfield.The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box, creating stunning imagery and ideas out of pretty dull subject matter.

Rate banding -
If you are set up as a limited company or if you are a sole trader who would be paid through our PAYE payment structure.
Freelancers set up as a limited company would be looking at between 24-27 per hour.
Freelancers being paid through our PAYE payment structure would be looking at 20-22 per hour plus statutory holiday pay.
For those of you thinking of applying who don't really know the advantages of working as a freelancer through an agency like Orchard I would like to mention a couple of key points.
