An opportunity has arisen for a PSC Operator within the Personalisation departments of Breda.

Main Responsibilities:
To undertake various production activities within the PSC to personalise cards/pins.
To operate embossing and associated Personalisation equipment within the cell, and in accordance with relevant operating procedures.
To maintain health, safety and security standards at all times.
To ensure that all work is produced to the highest standards of quality.
To ensure all administration is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
To ensure procedural awareness is followed within the cell.
To become fully involved with Lean Manufacturing in the PSC.

Skills / Abilities / Knowledge / Experience:
Good communication skills are essential.
A good general level of education, and a common sense approach.
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative, and should also be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.
Need to possess a positive team-orientated approach.
Good numeracy skills are desirable.
PC skills are required.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience of operating PC-based machines in a Personalisation department is desirable. However, training will be provided for the range of machines that you will be required to operate.
PSC administrative experience is desirable.
Ability and willingness to travel within Europe.
