Description
Proteus Europe are currently looking for a Senior System Service Engineer for one of our clients based in Belgium.Languages:
Must be able to speak/understand :
o French OR Dutch
o German
o English
Tasks:
will manage (day to day) the mail,- fax - sms environment
will manage (day to day) our Active directories
will manage (in the near future) the Linux (RH) environment
provide second-level support and pick up cases helpdesk can't solve.
Understanding + proven experience of the following domains/products is a must:
Window server 2008(R2) - Windows server 2012(R2)
Exchange 2010 Infrastructure (PowerShell included)
Active directory Infrastructure
Understanding and experience of the following domains/products is a PLUS:
MS ADFS
SCCM
VMWare ESX administration
Other Important Skills:
Must be a team player
Must have planning and organizational skills (working with strict deadlines - must be able to cope with stress).
Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems.
Must be able to work independently
Customer minded.
Able to learn new products-environments quickly.
Able to write processes - documentation.
Must have a Driver license + car + mobile phone
Must be accountable and is NOT a 9 to 5 worker
