Description
Owns the execution of the eBonding initiative. Leads and directs the work activities of project staff across organizational boundaries. Manages the eBonding project efforts from inception through completion (or transition) including tracking and evaluation of project performance. Ensures that projects are successful in meeting deadlines and business goals. Participates or conducts project reviews and status meetings, ensures follow up on issues and risks, and communicates project status to stakeholders. Utilizes six sigma and project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness. Motivates project team to ensure optimal performance. May assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.Responsibilities:
- Coordinates needs assessments and requirements gathering for eBonding as required.
- Defines and develops program scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets and metrics for the eBonding project as required. Manages issues, risks, and project communications.
- Monitors project execution to ensure all obligations are met. Facilitates and ensures technical issue resolution as required.
- Responsible for adherence to program plan and budgets as required for this project as required. Recommends corrective actions and implements changes.
- Identifies and mitigates risks; develops and implements risk mitigation plans.
- Acts as the primary interface to internal and external teams for eBonding.
- May manage challenging vendor relationships.
- Is responsible for direct communication to management and relevant senior stakeholders. Leads moderately-complex communications with internal or external clients.
- Identifies and manages program enhancements and process improvements. Conducts project reviews through the life of the project.
Qualifications
- A BA/BS degree, from an accredited college or university.
- 5-10+ years experience, with at least 5 as a program or project manager managing large projects
- Experience with eBonding and eBonding enabling platforms, Information Technology systems and architecture a significant plus
- Experience in a Service organization a plus
- Experience in product management organizations; Product and Service development experience.
- Web Portal/online service products a significant plus
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in communications and presentations with senior leadership
- PMP certification preferred
- Proficient in use of PC based documentation tools including MS Office and MS Project
- Willingness to travel
