Job Description

Support the Head of Group Stress Testing discharge of their executive responsibilities relating to the execution and delivery of stress testing activities (ie enhancement programme and regulatory exercises). Plan, lead and manage the operational aspects of Group's stress testing activities, ensuring the objectives and deadlines are met. Support the design, development and execution of the Stress Testing Enhancement Programme.

Required Skills/Qualifications

Qualifications

Professional economics/financial/statistical qualification equivalent to degree level (eg CFA, ACCA, ACT) is preferred Experience

Experience in leading programmes within a financial services

Experience of delivery regulatory engagements

Experience of in areas such as stress testing, capital, credit, and economic

Experience of leading teams and cross-divisional activities to achieve corporate targets Excellent interpersonal skills/team player

Resilient with an ability to interface with various functions

Strong PC literacy, data and numerical analysis skills

Excellent communicator at the most senior management level

Excellent business writing for senior management and Board level
