Our client, a financial services institution based in London, is currently undergoing a global integration programme and is looking for energetic, career driven professionals to join their Client Migration Operations Support team. This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking to take the next step in their career into a well-respected financial services institution. This is a contract role offering £150 daily rate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the manual entry of client records onto the London system, ensuring absolute accuracy of detail
  • Quality-check migrated records to ensure client details are accurate
  • Observe KYC standards where applicable
  • Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of complex cases to designated subject matter experts
  • Production and provision of accurate key performance indicators to management on a periodic basis
  • Support project activities as required, in order to ensure quality and timely delivery

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of internal customer pressures and the needs and requirements of external clients

Experience:

Required

  • Financial services background
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML, client due diligence or on-boarding framework
  • An understanding of organisational structures for a range of corporate entities
  • MS Office proficiency

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Listed Derivatives and/or Sungard GMI
