Service Desk Dispatch Technician, Alicante

THE ROLE

We require a Service Desk Dispatch Technician with English and Spanish languages skills and 3 years experience, to handle the service and product requests on the service desk at our client in Alicante. You will be working in an International environment on the Spanish coast with good long term opportunity. Initial contract 6 months, renewable, starting ASAP. Eight hour shifts between 7-22 hrs, paid overtime

SKILLS

  • 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Customer Care experience
  • Remedy experience or similar tool
  • Database actualisation like CMDB or SAP
  • Office tools experience
  • Administrative work experience

TASKS

  • In charge of dispatching tasks of the following types: SAP, Allegro, security update, OHIM Agreement, Update CMDB, Webmail, service delivered, monitoring, checking, excel sheet, update configuration management system and directory task.
  • Attending to the service and product requests which do not imply a complex technological change.
  • Preparing the information necessary to carry out the implementation of responses to requests.
  • Carrying out inventoried tasks (SAP and CMDB).

LANGUAGES

English and Spanish (B2 of the CEF Common European Framework
