Customer Support Engineer (Core/CS/PS/Radio/Unix/Linux/ITIL/SS7/Protocol/SIP/Support/3G/LTE)

One of the most reputable telecoms companies is currently looking for a Customer Support Engineer to help take control of the ever growing customer base in the North African Region.

My client is looking for a technical engineer who has experience within the implementation and support side of the network. Also prior service delivery and customer facing experience would extremely advantageous.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need the following-

*Good System knowledge for example UNIX or Linux
*Good support background
*Knowledge of ITIL
*Speak Fluent French & English
*Minimum 6 telecoms experience

This is a great opportunity as it's an initial one year contract that will be extended.
