ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is searching for a Cisco UC Suite/UCCX Telecom Specialist for a Contract position in Irving, TX. This position calls for a UCCX (Cisco Unified Contact Center Express) expert. The Cisco UC Suite/UCCX Telecom Specialist must have experience supporting enterprise level clients with advanced Scripting, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support of Cisco UCCX architectures.
The Cisco UC Suite/UCCX Telecom Specialist will work closely with the Telecom team providing Tier III technical support, installation and administration expertise for our client's enterprise phone systems. This Cisco UC Suite/UCCX Telecom Specialist will work with other senior resources to contribute to the overall voice strategy, design, upgrade, deployment, retirement and troubleshooting of components that make up the client telephony infrastructure. The Cisco UC Suite/UCCX Telecom Specialist will also act as a SME for business decisions makers pertaining to issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security. The Cisco UC Suite/UCCX Telecom Specialist will also work closely with these stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements and create implementation design specifications for implementation of various telecommunications applications and equipment.

5+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- Cisco Unified Communications Suite
- UCCX Design/Installation/Administration
- Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)
- Cisco UCCE Solution - Architecture/Integration
- Cisco IPCC Scripting - Configuration/Support
- Cisco Admin Workstation - Configuration/Support
- Cisco Contact Center Express - Design/Integration/Deployment
- ACD/PBX Peripheral Gateway - Configuration/Support
- Vendors - Aspect/Nortel/Avaya)
- Cisco Translation Routing/Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
- Cisco Network Interface Controller (NIC)
- Quality of Service (QOS) - Traffic engineering/shaping in fully converged network/Models/Best Practices
- Excellent English - Written/Verbal - Must be able to create technical documentation and be able to interact confidently and articulately with clients
PREFERRED
- Cisco Certifications - CCNP/CCNA/CCVP/UCCX Certified Professional
