Description
My NHS client based in London is currently for an interim change agent to work with them until March 2015.Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Knowledge
- Educated to degree or equivalent experience
- Substantial experience of facilitating and managing transformational change within and across organisations, effectively working in teams at both Project Management and Programme Management levels
- Experience of working with the NHS, Local Authorities and Public Health
- Experience of working with and influencing senior management and clinicians
- Experience of co production with people who use our services and / or local communities
- Detailed knowledge of NHS and social care
- Detailed knowledge of integrated care
- Ability to work across organisations to achieve shared aims for all partners.
- Ability to manage change across a whole project lifecycle with effective skills to scope, design, implement and monitor change projects
This is an immediate start, full time 5 month role. Day rate is negotiable.
