Packaging Data Manager is engaged in creating packaging specifications. This includes checking & amending criteria (if required), storage parameters, physical properties & nutritional details..

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure the completeness and validity of the packaging specification data.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies identified through reports or those identified through manual checks.
  • Raise queries for issues. Track, review and close all query responses received.
  • Contribute to the process improvement.
  • Attend and participate in Client meetings related to data management activities.
  • Track, review, update and close all responses received.
  • Ensure timelines set by the client in terms of discrepancies resolved are met.
  • Interact with the client/on-shore resources regarding data quality issues during calls/meetings.
  • Train and mentor new data managers on the data management process.
  • Assist team leaders in resolving complex issues and participate in project management activities.
  • Communicate effectively with the client thereby enhancing and maintaining a good client relationship.
  • Follow up and track with suppliers to get the amended documents returned.
