Panoramic Associates are urgently seeking an Operational Assurance Manager on behalf a leading Lloyd's syndicate.
The Operational Assurance Manager will be a key member of the Operations and Underwriting departments and will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality and timeliness of data captured alongside the delivery of Underwriting standards. Moreover, the Operational Assurance Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing Business Process Improvement and for providing performance management and oversight for service outsourced contracts. In addition to these responsibilities, the role will also contain the duty to reduce Aged Debt in respect of open market risks and to enhance the quality and standards of all aspects of the Underwriting Process.
Requirements for the Operational Assurance Manager:
- Knowledge of Lloyd's market, process and systems, specifically LPSO Signing Process
- 10 years + Operational Quality Assurance experience
- Ability to establish own priorities, meet timelines/deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work across departments
- Experience in Management Reporting and Key Performance Indicators
- Multi-departmental experience (Finance, Claims, Underwriting, Exposure Management and Compliance)
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
