GCS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction and property consultancy. My client has recently been awarded prestigious projects within commercial and high-end residential sectors. We are looking for a commercially minded individual to join their highly successful team.
My client is an award winning international practice of property, project and cost management consultants in building construction.
You will be:
- Degree qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying and ideally be MRICS chartered
- Experienced within a consultancy environment
You will have a strong experience with the following:
- Pre- contract work - commercial sectors
- Cost planning/management
- relevant contract documentation
- client facing communication skills
