- Should have good functional understanding of SharePoint and banking domain
- Will be responsible for gathering business requirements and producing related artefacts
- Facilitate and actively participate in business engagement workshops
- Create BRD/Functional Requirement documents/Use Cases
- Work with testing team to validate test plan and test cases
- Assist during the UAT/deployment phase
- Maintain an overarching view & understanding of requirements across all tracks
- Track statuses of progress in all tracks and follow up with TLs where necessary
- Validate all artefacts created by team before release to client
- Facilitate and manage interactions and cooperation within the team
- Capture MOM and share same with the PM and the project team where applicable
- Act as a bridge between onsite and offshore team.
- Should have reasonable understanding of how content migration works
