Employee Engagement Manager required to lead the employee engagement strategy for a large private sector organisation based in London.
The right candidate will have previously set up an employee engagement strategy in a large and complex organisation.
They will also have knowledge and experience of the following;
- Online corporate communications and marketing
- People/stakeholder management
- Employee engagement strategy
- Digital trends/digital channels
Some of the main responsibilities will include:
- Define, deploy and lead the employee engagement strategy
- Management of a small team
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Improving, planning and delivering HR communications
