For a long term project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are immediately looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Project Controller with knowhow in “Legal and Compliance” in Banking (2165)
Scope of work:
• Act as focal point and knowledge resource for financial aspects of Legal and Compliance projects
• Performs budget planning and budget controlling
• Maintains Roadmap
• Hosts planning workshops
• Monitors progress and resources
• Ensures that all Program-specific financial standards are met
• Ensures a streamlined reporting on all reporting levels (status reports, Issue & Risks, consolidated program reporting, etc.)
• Provides advice, coaching, guidance and support of Project PMOs
• Prepares and maintains Program documentation (e.g. Information Package, Program Roadmap etc.)
• Maintains Program SharePoint
Your qualifications:
• Experience working as a project controller on Program and Project level
• Legal and Compliance knowhow from the banking sector, with reference projects if possible
• Native German language-speaker
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Excel (financial analytics, etc.), MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Solid SharePoint technical skills
• Experience with CA Clarity would be an advantage
