For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for a very experiencedIT Portfolio Manager - Risk & Finance (2440)
The role:
• An interesting and challenging position in our Risk & Finance IT Portfolio Management team based in Zurich managing the CFO Portfolio.
• Responsibilities include partnering with the CFO Change team in the coordination of new demand and planning activities for the portfolio.
• Devise and implement processes to provide senior management with transparency and real-time visibility into portfolio performance to enable effective and timely decision making.
• Own, manage, and drive the portfolio and resource forecasting and ensure that the monthly variances are understood and documented.
• Establish governance with CFO, COO and IT Finance to ensure compliance with centrally mandated procedures and applicable synergies.
• Establish and maintain effective communication across a global portfolio management stakeholder community (including business sponsors, program management offices, divisional COO organizations).
Your qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent degree
• Several years of hands on Portfolio Management experience
• Service oriented, reliable and committed personality
• Flexibility in mind and ability to drive and implement change
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and OnePPM (Clarity) is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Senior management experience must have ability to manage high level meetings with Stakeholders
• Accountancy background would be helpful.
• Multi-regional experience and international experience is an advantage
