Job Title: Interim Payroll Implementation Advisor

Location: Central London

Start: Immediate

Rate: £250 - £330 per day

Contract Length: 3 months

Project Details: A world leading, innovative health care not-for-profit company in the heart of London, are looking for an experienced Payroll Implementation Advisor to start immediately.

Reporting into the HR side of the business, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation project team and will be responsible for providing critical payroll expertise. This includes but is not limited to parallel running of multiple payrolls, UAT and data migration

Essential Skills include;
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll and systems implementation
  • Previous experience administering and supporting at least TWO payroll implementation cycles
  • Knowledge of BAU processes
  • Documenting Payroll processes and procedures (SOP's) at Systems Admin/BAU level
  • Previous testing experience including Pay/Time/Attendance/Absence/Expense systems
  • Knowledge of Core HR or Oracle HR
  • Excellent communications and team skills
  • Ability to build strong effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience with multiple parallel payrolls


Please note Experience of the TUPE process and managing benefits and flexible benefits would be advantageous.

There are opportunities to interview as early as this week and start dates as early as Monday next week and there are for extensions should you perform well.
